What is MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, in a genuine and accepting way. It is a quality of knowing. We eat, and know we are eating. We listen knowing we are listening.
Through continual mindfulness practice, the vibrancy of our moment-to-moment experience comes alive in the fullness of its colors, textures, and multidimensionality. The richness of an abundant life is here for the taking!
My mission is to teach, inspire, and support people in discovering their innate wholesome qualities of awareness, compassion, and love. And to create a society where everyone understands that to be mindful means to be fully human, fully who you are.
